RETURN AND EXCHANGES |
The sex toy wasn't what I expected. Can I exchange it?
You may return it unused and unopened within 14 days of receipt for a credit, refund or exchange. You have to pay for the shipping back. We will refund only the product(s) (not the shipping). A penality of 4$ USD is also applied.
Law does not permit us to accept returns on any sexual toy that is designed to come into contact with the mouth, the anus or the Vagina
Due to ease of duplication, videos and audiotapes are returnable only if the package seal is unbroken. (We will replace defective videos and audiotapes with new items of the same title.)
All defective items may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a credit, exchange, refund or replacement.
Returning an item
1. Notify us by email at custserv@sextoyadultstore.com., with your sales order number.
2. Write down the RMA Number we give you.
3. We will send you an email explaining step by step the procedure to return the item.
4. Send the item back to us in its original box and packing.
It's that simple.
