All shipments are made via US and Canada Post.
How discreet is the package once it arrives at my door?
You will receive a plain brown box with only our address on the mailing label. DGMDATA will appear as our company name. Sextoyadultstore will not appear anywhere.
For USA orders, the description of the products and the price must be on the boxes for US customs. We use discrete descriptions such as "Novelty item".
What is the time period of shipment process?
Most items usually ships within 24 hours (except sunday).
What is the time period of delivery?
Your shopping cart will tell the exact amout of the shipping fee. A typical purchase delivered by ground transportation will take between 8 to 14 business days to reach its destination. Sometimes it can even take a little more time since USPS cannot guarantee ground shipping delivery time.
